The dimensioning of each of the components and the optimization of the unit can be carried out by our process department, according to the real needs of the gas user.

The purpose of the Fuel Gas Skid is to remove contaminants and liquids from the natural gas stream, and it prepares for use in the form of fuel and gas for other equipment such as the flame ignition system in a refinery.

The plant will be supplied complete with instrumentation and accessories, such as:

• Line valves and control instrumentation
• Steel structure and piping according to the customer’s piping class, or according to piping class developed by us
• Control panel and junction boxes with different control systems, such as relays and PLCs
• K.O. drum vessel
• Accessories
• Technical documentation
• Certification (ATEX, PED, CE, ecc.)
• High energy and/or high voltage system for ignition of the flame (for flare ignition systems)
• Custom length igniters (for flare ignition systems)
• Thermocouples (for flare ignition systems)
